Application Process

1. Online Application
When logging in for the first time, you will be asked to create your account. As part of your application, make sure to upload an up-to-date CV (preferably in English). You’ll also be able to apply using your LinkedIn profile. Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming your application.
2. Resume Pre-Screening

A talent acquisition (TA) partner will review your application based on the position requirements (education, work experience and overall background) and your submitted profile. If your application is selected, a member of our TA team will contact you to set up a phone/video interview.

If your application is not selected, you will be informed by email. We appreciate all applicants’ interest in Kite Pharma and respect the time it takes to apply. We will keep your resume on file for one year, but you can request to have your personal information removed from our database at any time by sending an email request to dpo@gilead.com.

3. Phone Video / Interview

Your first interview will be with one of our TA partners, during which we will discuss your motivation, background and experience relative to the position, as well as further information about the role and our company. After the TA partner interview, should you be a fit, our team will send your profile to the hiring manager and schedule a phone/video interview.

4. Face-to-Face Interviews

Following the video/phone interview, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a face-to-face round of interviews at our offices in Hoofddorp and will also be asked to complete a short 20-minute online Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) and/or a capability test. All interviewers will have a chance to weigh in on the final hiring decision after the round has been completed, and we will share their decision with you as soon as possible.

5. Offer

If you are selected, the TA partner will contact you to discuss the terms of your job offer and a potential start date. After this discussion/acceptance, you will then receive written documentation that includes complete details of your job offer, instructions to confirm your acceptance and the next steps in the process. Your TA partner will be available to answer any questions or further requests you may have to finalize the process.

Even if you’re not selected, the TA partner will contact you with the decision. We will keep your resume on file for one year, but you can request to have your personal information removed from our database by sending an email request to dpo@gilead.com.

6. References & Background Checks
All employment offers are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and background checks. Regarding background checks, the Company will only obtain information that is relevant and appropriate to evaluation for employment.
